Zaffar Iqbal joined the Provincial Civil Service in 1984 and rose to the senior position of Senior Member Board of Revenue. He rendered thirty-five years of service during which he headed numerous Provincial Departments. He holds LL. B and Masters in Business Administration. He has received administrative training from UK and has specialized training in “Accountability in Government and Businesses” from USA. He has made prominent contributions to institution-building. He has to his credit the establishment of two new institutions: Transport Department and Provincial Services Academy.
