Chairman ASPIRE-KP presented the Position Paper on the 11th National Finance Commission (NFC), prepared by Sahibzada Saeed, member of the Executive Board and former Finance Secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The paper reflects ASPIRE-KP’s ongoing work to support evidence-based policymaking in the province, drawing on the organization’s broader efforts showcased across its recent events, dialogues, and policy engagements. Over the past year, ASPIRE-KP has convened multiple discussions with provincial leadership, organized expert briefings, and contributed analytical insights on key governance and fiscal issues affecting Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
