Dr. Sania Siraj

Dr. Sania Siraj is a lecturer, curator, heritage scholar, and public humanities professional whose work bridges the art of South Asia, museum interpretation, cultural heritage, and community engagement. Trained in both Art & Design and Archaeology, she combines scholarly research with exhibition development, visual storytelling, and audience-centered cultural programming. Her curatorial practice explores how collections, heritage sites, and visual culture can promote dialogue across communities while connecting historical narratives with contemporary social concerns. Through exhibitions, public programs, and international collaborations, she has developed innovative approaches to heritage interpretation, climate communication, women’s cultural leadership, and the public understanding of South Asian art.
