He is a senior executive with more than 16 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in water, sanitation, environmental services, infrastructure, governance, and public-sector utilities, with a proven track record in board-level governance, strategic planning, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and service delivery reform. He is recognized for his strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and innovation-driven approach to institutional strengthening. He is also a practicing lawyer and a former candidate for local government office.
