LEADERSHIP

Guiding ASPIRE-KP with Experience and Vision

Drawing on decades of experience in public administration and governance reform, ASPIRE-KP’s Chairman provides strategic leadership and direction to the organisation’s policy and research agenda. A slightly more institutional alternative would be:
Mohammad Shehzad Arbab
Chairman

Mohammad Shehzad Arbab is Chairman of ASPIRE-KP and a distinguished public-sector leader with more than four decades of experience in public administration, governance reform and institutional management. Since beginning his civil-service career in 1981, he has held a wide range of senior field and secretariat positions, including Deputy Commissioner in Kohat and Chitral, Political Agent in Kurram, Commissioner Malakand Division, Chief Executive of the FATA Development Authority and Additional Chief Secretary FATA. He later served as Chief Secretary of both Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while also contributing to important federal-level governance and reform initiatives. His extensive administrative experience continues to guide ASPIRE-KP’s work in research, policy dialogue and practical reform.
