Chairman ASPIRE-KP presented Position Paper on 11th National Finance Commission

PESHAWAR: Chairman ASPIRE-KP Mohammad Shehzad Arbab has formally presented a comprehensive Position Paper on the 11th National Finance Commission (NFC) Award, authored by Executive Board member and former KP Finance Secretary Sahibzada Saeed Ahmad. The policy document anchors ASPIRE-KP’s evidence-based advocacy to safeguard Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s constitutional resource shares, enhance fiscal autonomy, and address the acute funding requirements of the newly merged tribal districts.
