Inaugural Speech by Chair
PESHAWAR: In his keynote inaugural address marking the official launch of ASPIRE-KP, Chairman Mohammad Shehzad Arbab outlined the think tank’s core mission to foster evidence-based public policy, good governance, and institutional reform in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Addressing distinguished guests—including guest speaker Senator Mushahid Hussain Syed—the Chairman highlighted the province’s compounding fiscal challenges, mounting debt, and structural expenditure pressures, while establishing ASPIRE-KP’s nine foundational policy research pillars.
In his inaugural address marking the formal launch of ASPIRE-KP as an autonomous, non-partisan, not-for-profit think tank, Chairman Mohammad Shehzad Arbab outlined the founding vision, strategic priorities, and urgent public policy challenges facing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
